Shyam Pandian
I’m Shyam Pandian — a seasoned HR & Talent Acquisition leader turned Career Strategist, and the Founder of Job Readiness Hub (JRH). I’m also the author of “The Future of Jobs”, written exclusively for today’s students and tomorrow’s workforce. Over the years, I’ve trained 1000+ students and early-career professionals across 4 countries, helping them gain career clarity and build real job readiness with skills that align with the changing world of work.
Coming from a typical South Indian background from Trichy, my journey has taken me across India, parts of Asia, and now to Dubai, UAE, where I continue taking on new challenges and building future-ready guidance for students. While bridging the youth talent gap, I developed and refined the Job Readiness Blueprint a structured, step-by-step system that helps students choose the right direction based on their aspirations, interests, education, and industry demand. From launching JRH to being recognised with the “Future of Jobs Expert” award at the World School Summit, this journey has been dedicated to students and I’m proud to continue uplifting more young minds with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
