Shyam Pandian
Shyam Pandian is a seasoned HR & Talent Acquisition Leader turned 'Career Strategist’. He is also the founder of “Job Readiness Hub” - one of few leading communities to prepare Tomorrow’s workforce.
Having explored multi-directional career paths for himself, he was able to travel with the trend and in-turn Future Proof his Career.
He has trained over 1000+ students / early career professionals across 4 countries to have a better career clarity & attain Job Readiness with the trending skills to thrive in the Future of Work.
Coming from a typical south-Indian background from Trichy, Shyam have spent part of his life in India, rest of Asia and now presently heading new challenges in Dubai, UAE.
Recognized as one of India's leading and sought-after “Job Readiness” specialists, he has been featured in leading colleges & institutions across the country and worked on projects involving leading Talent Acquisition Heads and business leaders from the industry.
By bridging the Youth Talent Gap for the Future of Work over the last few years, Shyam has now developed and perfected the “Job Readiness Blueprint” which is helping thousands of people to align their Career based on individual aspirations + personal interest + educational background + most importantly industry’s Talent demand.
